Spark was asked to carry out a feasibility study and a quick scan including a financial analysis of the new car park. We advised on the future strategy of the facility and provided a parking operations model with which the operator could calculate his operational costs. We also included a business case optimization, an integral Programme of Requirements for the design phase and a marketing strategy for the development, exploitation, management and financing of the car park.

Our strategy development plan helped to minimize risks and ensure that operations and management of the car park would stay economically viable in the future also.
